Return and Refund Process

  2. Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide the return address.
  3. Product Shipment: After you ship the returned product, we will process the return after inspection.
  4. Inspection and Refund: After inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, bank transfer, store points, etc.).

Once the returned product is confirmed, the refund will be processed, and it may take up to 30 business days to complete.

Shipping Fee Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Products: We will cover the full return shipping cost.
